Sunday, 26th June 2022 - BARDUFOSS to Svolvær
Camped for one night on the east side of Lofoten - beautiful views, but lots of little bugs!! Short walk to stretch the legs, then into our tent for bed!!
Breakfast in the sun and then taxi back to the airport to fly to Leknes and our amazing beach camp!!
But, not before confusing everyone and breaking the taxi system at Svolvær- after ordering a taxi to the airport everyone got very confused as all the flights were cancelled due to strikes so people thought it was a hoax until they realised (several phone calls later) that we had our own plane!!! 😂
A quick and stunning flight down to Leknes followed...
